Extremely bad customer service. Dismissive, condescending and impossible to get anything rectified. I think it’s disgusting how they treat the young people that rent from them and take advantage of them. From stolen mail to cash-grabs from lost/broken access cards. If you’re a landlord, avoid doing business with them, if you’re a tenant then stay well away.

The flats themselves are lovely, very spacious, if living on your own but are also suitable for couples. Any maintenance issues that I have had, have been resolved almost straight away. In terms of location it is perfect for uni of Salford students as it is a 5 minute walk away. Its also in close distance to a bus stop and a train station. Some people have had problems with parcels going missing but I, myself have never had any issues, there's a security office where parcels are usually left and you can collect them once security arrives on an evening. My only complaint would be the customer service on the phone. There is 1 or 2 women in the office that are quite unnecessarily rude and I don't think its fair to be spoken to like that when we are technically a paying customer. Other than that, would say I've had a good experience staying here and I would recommend.

Management or the company never get back to you. I’ve been waiting for a call back for over 3 weeks to report a security issue - nobody interested! Also the communal doors don’t work so anyone can walk in off the street and walk into the building - and they do ! And it’s been like that for over a month ! Why am I paying £700+ A month for no security

Overall, good experience living here at block C. Would recommend! Only downfalls: can’t order parcels to this address as they go missing. I have an amazing view over Manc, but can’t see anything as the windows need cleaning. There is a lack of security. Management take a long time to reply to emails. But to be honest, I’ve had no major problems this year and I love being close to uni and having my own space. Amenities are good and I love the layout of my flat.

I have the pleasure of staying at X1 Lettings The Campus and I am thoroughly impressed by my experience. Firstly, I must commend the managers, Patrick and Jodie, for their exceptional approachability and warmth. They are not only very capable and intelligent individuals, but their compassion and competency make them stand out amongst other property managers. The apartments themselves are modern and fully equipped with everything a student could need, including hyper-fast internet and sound-proof walls for maximum privacy. I found the living space to be very comfortable and conducive to studying, which is essential for students. Furthermore, the location of the property is perfect for students, with a convenience shop located right across the street, and a shopping centre only a 5-minute walk away. It's incredibly convenient to have these amenities so close by. What impressed me the most, however, was the variety of events that X1 Lettings The Campus hosts. These events not only give us the opportunity to get to know the managers but also other people who take care of us. This approach is unparalleled, and it made me feel like I was part of a community rather than just a tenant. Overall, I would highly recommend X1 Lettings The Campus to any student looking for a comfortable, modern, and community-oriented living experience. It's truly one of the best properties out there, and I am grateful for the opportunity to stay there. Oh, and let's not forget about their great surprises; offering us a range of sweet (on top of the above-mentioned benefits).
