Worst place to live in: Firstly let me just say that this building is unfinished. And this building now has nettings all around it, no one has told us that this is happening. This is blocking our view that we payed for, on top of that the lifts don’t even work, been promised that it will be fix, it’s been months now, and the building is so unsafe, especially if you have kids as people can easily access the apartments as we don’t have security 24/7. And we not allowed to get our parcels unless there is a security there. Would not recommend it!!!!!

Nice views and great location but absolutely appalling management. One lift is permanently broken, the other one breaks every few weeks (or days) just to keep things interesting. This can result in walking up 20 floors worth of stairs, it's such a great and welcome workout! Bin store is incredibly filthy and the other communal areas are as well. Vomit and trash often found in the lifts and stairs so no way to escape it. I honestly feel bad for all the families with children that have to see this mess! Parcels can only be picked up after 8pm and even then, the security guy is rarely there to give you the key for the parcel store (read diy wooden box). X1 blames Heymarket management for all these issues but they're the same company. Will be extremely lucky if either every answer the phone or reply to email. And lastly, if the view used to be the best thing about this place, that's now gone and has been replaced by an ugly green net. The tenants weren't informed about the urgent cladding replacement and it's up to us to call them and find out why builders are randomly hanging off the building, chilling just next to your bedroom window. In short, stay away from this place, stay away from x1 and Heymarket management!

Would give no stars if I could. The only good thing about living here was the view but the panels on the outside of the building are faulty and fall off in the wind so they've put a net around the whole building that covers the windows. This will be up indefinitely and we weren't told about it when we signed our contract. They have scaffolding up and have dug up all the pavement out the front but no one knows why and I've never seen any builders there. My bike got stolen from the locked bike storage inside the building (the lock was faulty). The lift hasn't worked in months and sometimes they both break, the door to the bin is propped open with a brick because the lock doesn't work, the car park door is always stuck open. The packages were getting stolen for about a year so they've added a locked storage for them BUT only the security guards can access it and they only work 8pm-6am. X1 said they work 7pm-7am but they're barely ever there. The security have started calling the door bell late in the evening to collect the packages but when you go down they're not there to open it. X1 and Haymaket are the same company but blame each other when you call to complain, never answer the phone or reply to emails.

THE WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX EVER Where to start....the building is in such disarray that I'm surprised its even allowed open to live in. The windows haven't been cleaned in a year, however we are told twice yearly they will be cleaned - there are tons of roadworks happening on the outside so the windows are filthy. The cladding on the building is being renewed, which means the building is being wrapped in netting for the foreseeable, we have been told this could be years. The bin door and the back door for cars have been broken and left open, so anyone can walk in and steal bikes, which has happened on numerous occasions! The security is a joke, parcels that are left in the communal areas are being stolen by people walking passed the building and walking straight into it, due to the fact the door is broken and the security doesn't care. We have been promised a parcel shute to stop this happening, however, this obviously hasn't come to fruition. This is a 20 story building and we are supposed to have 2 lifts...obviously 1 lift has been broken for months now, so we are relying on 1 lift, which has also broken before. The worst part is the management. We get flippant and vague replies to our problems, they just don't care. Their staff turnover is outrageous, which says a lot about a business. They charge a high amount of rent, for such a awful building, don't live here!
