    Bad experience. I had been there for 3 months with membership, for 6 months having on and off membership. The facility is quite good, but I was not happy with the service that the staff from another branch who was not a regular staff of the Whitechapel branch provided, and the service of receiving posts. My company address was the address of x+why Whitechapel (of course, I use it with permission). I went away for 2 months and I asked if they could keep my business post as I had been waiting for an important business mail. They agreed with it. However, it hadn't come until I was back in London which was 3 months of waiting. So, my accountant made a request to resend the letter. After I came back I had a flex 4 membership in February and I didn’t renew it for March as I didn’t know when I would start. I expected they would do the same job as before that is to keep my business post even though I hadn’t started the membership yet like when I was back in my home country. When I asked them if my business post had arrived, they said they were no longer able to keep my business post as I didn’t have a membership for March. I explained how frustrated I was when I heard it as they suddenly stopped providing the service that was provided before without letting me know that they had changed the policy. I also complained that if they let me know they changed the policy so they couldn’t keep my business post anymore, I would already renew the membership, and I asked if they returned my business post. They said they hadn’t returned my business posts. The new staff was dealing with this issue with me at that time. And this staff had never answered me even though I asked twice to renew the membership. I was very disappointed with how unreliable (for receiving posts) and impolite they are. The funny thing is I phoned HMRC to resend the letter after this happened (I changed the company address after they ignored my email to renew the membership) and it arrived after 2 days. Now, I am so curious if they really didn’t resend my post or if this is really unreliable to use their address as a company address. I really don’t recommend this coworking space. Now, I am going to the new coworking which I am happy with.
