My partner went in on Thursday and brought a new vape. First he didn’t get the colour he has asked for and they never sold him a battery to go with it. We then went to return it on Saturday, Sunday and again today and the shop was not open after checking google stating it was open. We are now £100 down as we had to go to another vape store to buy a new vape. Not happy.
