What age groups do your skating instructors work with?

Our skating instructors work with students of all ages, from young children to adults. We have programs specifically tailored for each age group, so students can learn at their own pace with others their own age.

We use a variety of methods to assess the progress of our students, including regular evaluations, progress reports, and one-on-one feedback from our instructors. We also encourage students to set goals for themselves and work towards achieving them with the help of their instructor.

What safety measures are in place during your skating lessons?

Safety is our top priority during all of our skating lessons. We provide students with all necessary safety equipment, including helmets and pads, and our instructors are trained in safety procedures and first aid. We also ensure that our facilities are well-maintained and free of hazards.

The gym has recently undergone a new refurbishment which has improved gym facilities and increased equipment available. This has definitely improved my gym experience and the changes are all positive. However, (and in hindsight I should have seen this coming, it’s basic economics) but given the recent surge in membership costs I will have to consider whether I can continue my membership (in the current climate). It is a shame as I’ve only recently re-started my membership and was enjoying getting back into a fitness routine. It is for this reason I’m leaving three stars..

I’m sorry to say this but it’s been one month that gym is close and we are paying for and in the other hand some of stuff in reception are not that helpful. And also add that steam room and showers are all dirty.

I am really sorry to do this but I have been trying to get hold of someone there for over a week, I have left numerous telephone messages and I have emailed but nobody EVER calls you back, I have tried every single option on your telephone system and they all go to answer machine that nobody then calls you back from, this is terrible customer service for a member I think its easier to get an appointment with my doctor than it is to get through to you guys and that's saying something

I would only really use the forum centre for swimming and went often before lockdown. Now that restrictions have lifted I planned to start going again but the new time table is terribly bad. There is only one day that hosts womens swimming now and it's only 1 hour on a Tuesday at a time when most people would be working. No early morning sessions anymore. Not a lot of options for adults who work and need to fit in a session around work and home life.
