Can I personally say thank you too the two unbelievable lady's from repairs department and everyone else that facilitated the repairs to the fencing at my property. I found everyone to be outstanding, nothing was too much trouble they pulled out all the stops to protect a child & a dog. I'm absolutely blessed, grateful 🙏. Godbless you all 🙏. After explaining numerous times that I get paid monthly…. I have had to pay my rent fortnightly in an attempt to stop the harassment, today I receive a notice of intent of seeking possession for the grand total of £200.47. I have been getting treatment for chronic mental health disorders (as they are aware) yet they continue badgering and harassing me. Tried calling today, 45 mins on hold, someone finally answers to tell me that the rents team left 30mins prior. Currently desperately trying to get an exchange. The anxiety I have on a daily basis about the vacant (2yrs) property nextdoor that is used as a junkies hot spot is unreal. They do nothing, the property has no rear windows and is exposed to the elements. People creeping round at night has me actually petrified for the safety of myself and my children, not to mention the rubbish and paraphernalia being a health hazard

If I had the option to give no stars I would, the worst housing association ever! If you're thinking of renting an outdated property full of mould, always cold and never want to do repairs or if they do leave you waiting a life time then by all means these are for you, I could go on and on, never want to help unless it's a service you have to pay for like their handyman service other than that you're left on your own and they don't give a toss about people's safety
