Probably a bit of an essay so I’m sorry if you get bored. Firstly let me start by saying the complex on a whole is just absolutely stunning, maintained and clean. We come to Wyreside to Fish, the lakes are just beautiful.. if you haven’t walked around the lakes you need to. Callum, Michaela, Sally & Craig are just fab. Alongside all other members of staff (inc Matt bailiff) Callum is there at any point for advice on the fishing aspect side of things, knows the lakes to a tee.. you can tell that this place is his pride & joy. Michaela at the shop onsite couldn’t do enough for you. Always happy to help & go that extra mile. Sally is just a breath of fresh air. She a bubbly infectious women. Always happy to help! Craig is great!! You actually don’t see him stop. The toilets/showers on site are just spotless. The cleaner she is just adorable. The pub is great! Always something going on, from bands to karaoke & so on. I could keep going on with this review.. Bottom of it is, if you haven’t been here yet. You need to! For a 45 min drive for us is absolutely more than worth it. We love it.

I stayed in a pod for a few nights. Staff were friendly and helpful and a minor issue I had on check in was rectified quickly. The pod was clean and warmed up quickly with the heater on, and I enjoyed having a fire in the fire pit provided. It was great to have a fridge and kettle too. The toilets and showers were clean and it was easy to order food for collection or delivery. The swims on the lakes were immaculate, no litter and good drainage. The music/karaoke in the evening was good fun. Thanks for a great weekend!

Stopped overnight only to be met with the most amazing reception. Staff were polite, friendly and helpful. The site itself is beautiful with a mixture of all camping/ glamping choices Only wish we could have stayed longer but we are en-route to Portsmouth Would I recommend it ABSOLUTELY Would I return- DEFINITELY Thank you for your welcome
