Muppet central all calls to South Worcestershire get directed into this hovel in Kidderminster for poor people trouble is they have zero knowledge and google any question answered and that’s if you get through, what ever happened to CAB 33 years ago had retired professionals now single mothers and people on benefits answering the phone. UPDATE RESPONSE The purpose of google review is to give personal opinion based on service clearly the facts show a significant difference since 33 years ago in terms of lack of professional knowledge on the calls taken. It is clear universal credit claimants volunteer to keep their benefits by answering CAB phones these days which as stated have shown no broaden life knowledge from low education. Also clearly concerned about your comments regarding “what’s wrong with people on benefits” hmmmm this generation snowflake attitude. Once this country wanted to earn or set up a business in the Victorian period you went to the poor house.
