Not sure if this review will link to last review posted. The 3 stars was simply down to be being told the cost would be £3500 - 4000, to then being £6700, quite a jump by anyone's stranded, other than that, the service was good.

Absolutely shocking customer service. Would not recommend to anyone. They have had our car since November and still not returned. They told us we had to wait 2 months for a part. After waiting 2 months we was told one part had still not arrived and we had to wait another month. After multiple calls to them asking for the part number they finally gave it to us. I found the part they were missing in 10 minutes at a dealership local to them. Magically the part arrived the next day and instead of waiting another month we were told one more week. It has now been over 2 weeks and still no car. We went down there to speak to someone and they hid upstairs and wouldn’t come down to talk to us. They left their receptionist to deal with us. We waited an hour and half for someone to come down and speak to us we gave up in the end. We were told the car has been at a “dealers” (will not tell us where the car is) since Wednesday getting the lasers realigned. The car missed a previous appointment at the “dealers” as its battery was flat. Anyone with common sense would have know this, since the car has been parked there since November. When we went to their garage we weren’t allowed to see the car. We were told the car was not at their garage and was at the “dealers” still getting its lasers realigned. Hope they have fun driving to work in a nice warm car on Monday. How they are still in business really does surprise me. Avoid this garage at all costs. They are so cagey and strange, they don’t tell you what’s going. They do not care at all that you are struggling to get to work everyday and it seems like they try to do everything they can and make up so many excuses to keep your car longer than needed.
