Won't be rushing back sadly. Tiles are nice, service hit and miss - was told various wrong information from staff and then warehouse staff quoted health and safety when asked if they could help lift a few boxes into car. Overall ok experience but not great.

Local dealer network be careful!! Lapicida does not support their independent retailers. We had an order taken from us directly by the main Harrogate showroom after we (Earth Wood and Stone) introduced our client to their tile. When then informed the rep of the situlation and eventually heard from Group Sales and Marketing Director Neil Thompson, he was not interested in rectifying the situation in any way or even offering an apology for what had happened. We have obviously dropped Lapicida as we can’t possibly deal with a company that trades in this manner, very underhanded and unprofessional behaviour. There are better companies out there to deal with.

If you are looking for something out of the ordinary, you must visit the Harrogate showroom. There’s a vast array of display tiles with helpful staff on hand. We wouldn’t consider going anywhere else for quality, statement tiles. Customer service is excellent, from initial enquiry, design service, quotation through to delivery and after sales support is second to none. Our tiler commented on the quality of the tiles they supplied in comparison to other brands on the high street. Highly recommended. They’ve supplied tiles for our entire ground floor and three bathrooms.
