Fantastic company they was so helpful and we didn't even hire anything from them or use any of there services but they went above and beyond to help us with information on the river and was more interested in our safety and enjoyment than making any money out of us would recommend using this company just for the pure passion they showed

Been using this company for years and Ive always had some drama in one way or another. The staff are fine enough but the owners are so rude and condescending. Ive canoed all over the world and have lots of experience but the owners (2 chaps in particular) always talk down to you. Makes you wonder if they really enjoy what they do. Spoke to someone on the phone today regarding a large group and they were really lacking local knowledge and were very unaccommodating, making numerous contradictory statements along the way. Unfortunately google keeps recommending this awful company and being so few canoeing places on the river I keep having to deal with them. Change of management required or humble pie.

Incredible day of canoeing down the beautiful river from Ross On Wye to Symond Yat. We had 16 guys on 8 boats and it was so much fun. Staff are friendly and helpful and the route is peaceful with a few spicy moments. Definetly coming back to do it again ❤️
