Very well run Lido with a great 33m pool set in the Rye Park, so very tranquil. Use of Sauna is included and of a good size with a cold shower available for those who desire it. A good range of changing facilities and showers available. For those with memberships a well equipped gym for extra classes with views of the pool. The outdoor experience here is amazing, even in cold weather as the picture shows!

This place needs serious cleaning up. Ladies changing room bad but Guys changing room is appalling. My husband said it's raw sewage smell. Finally fixed the leaking pipes in the ceiling but cracked walls and windows have been ignored. The gym upstairs runs out of cleaning paper rolls frequently and not replaced. The web page says the opening time on Saturday is till 1630 and 1600 for Sunday but in fact it appears it depends on how busy the staff are on the day and if they have somewhere to go, they don't hesitate to kick you out when it suits. The location is brilliant and convenient. The libo does look good especially in summer, under blue sky. The parking free for members. But overall, as a gym user, you don't get the regular services you will expect in other gyms, such as personal gym instructions, 24/7 gym use or clean equipments.
