Horrible experience! The two climbing instructors were so rude and mean. We waited a whole hour before to be able to be seen by them, as there was a climbing party for kids going on and no receptionist present. This is okay but their behaviour is not! First time in my life that I am treated in such a disrespectful way going to a climbing wall. Horrible customer experience! Adults avoid this place at all cost!!
