Don't care what anyone says, this GP/ or Medical centre is 10/10. They're so polite and considerate and will go the extra mile for you, telling you things other GPS are to lazy too. I have had more success with this place in 2 visits than several years with my local place down the road. Definitely recommend!

Recently joined this practice after a leaving another practice due to their incompetence. Both my husband and I have had nothing but excellent service, not only from the doctors but the receptionists and secretarial staff too. Would highly recommend them

Just found out you have removed a repeat item without even telling me or consulting if this is what I wanted. Absolutely disgusting and I've now had to have an emergency issue from a pharmacy as I was about to run out. But you know its only insulin so it's not like I'm going to die without it.

Made appointment for doctor to see my elderly husband who is recovering from coronavirus has very bad chest plus he had been asked to make appointment with doctor regards results from 2 tests when he arrived for this he was sent to a nurse who understood he was there for a blood test review he was asked to phone in 5 days re this!absolutely shocking if he gets worse surgery is to blame

Ring up never any appointments they just say ring back at 8 in morning never anything then , rude people on the phone , I just don't understand how there's 3 doctors and there never anything? Not even a phone call to sort out ear infection, Doctors themselves am okay but the people on phone at desk am just not helpful at all.

Apalling. Can never get an appointment because I have to call at 8am like all the other 100s of people. I'm only above 30 in the queue and it's 8.23am. Yesterday I was 16 and then when I got through was told all appointments were taken. Awful system. It seems this system caters for people who dont work. Most people are travelling to work between 8am - 9am. Also I needed a get fit note which has taken over a month and when it came it was wrongly dated for over a month. Have been trying to get it fixed for over 6 weeks now. Complained to manager practise...nothing.
