Impossible to speak to somebody. Call to sit in the que, get first in the que to be told there is no appointments available but if you still wish to speak to somebody stay on hold, you are then put to the back of the que! Get back to first to be told 'sorry we can not complete your call' phone goes down. DO I WANT TO SIT HERE FOR THE LAST HOUR WHILST POORLY GOING ROUND IN CIRCLES TRYING TO SPEAK TO SOMEBODY. It is not a 111 or a&e matter but those services are overworked because Doctors cannot provide you the bare minimum so it looks like I have no choice but to go there. DISGRACE. Edit - finally got through to be told its a dental appointment (DEFINITELY NOT) and RACHEL THE RECEPTION MANAGER PUT THE PHONE DOWN. putting the phone down on a patient NEEDING a doctor is an utter disgrace.

Start with the negative, the new phone system is awful..automated systems have ruined the customer experience in every industry, I personally think the surgery can stand out from others by reverting back to a more conventional method of customer engagement. Now with the positive, I cannot say enough about the excellent care I have received over the last 6 weeks from the nursing staff..Trevor, Lynne and Vanessa have been exceptional in their level of care...they are a credit to the surgery and have made my daily visits a pleasure to attend. May I also add the nurse at Northwood (apologies for forgetting your name) who was instrumental in making sure my issue was dealt with initially. Thank you all for looking after me..👍

Very poor surgery, gone massively downhill over recent years and there doesn't seem to be any care or affection for people who are struggling anymore. My mum has phoned up crying for advice and they have repeatedly said they have no appointments and can't help. Been told to phone 111 and have no luck there either.

I have been a patient at this practice for over 50 years. Have just received a message that they service has changed. Again. Appointments to be released at 8am. And if you don't secure an appointment. They basically won't fulfill their obligation to you as a patient.
