I don't like to leave a negative review when the job hasn't been booked but I think this is important to highlight. Some bad weather led to a leaf in our roof/ceiling and he came promptly next day to view it. So far so good. Informed an area of tiles needed replacing (as well as felting I believe) so he'd try to source tiles but if he couldn't we'd need to retile whole roof. 2 weeks on and a few chases quote is ready but tiles not found so needs to retile roof. Nearly 2 weeks later quote still not sent and he's gone totally quiet. So I contact insurer for advice who sends surveyor. Turns out that while there are some broken tiles and felt rot, the tiles are apparently in abundant supply and so a retile should not be necessary. Now we're seeking other quotes. Make what you will of this.
