I was seen by Jacob and right from the start he made me feel so calm and at ease. Jacob went thorough the steps , colours , treatments etc… and not once did he make me feel some type of way about my natural colour hair or its texture as many other local salons did prior in the day , He still made me feel great and even greater about what we can do to my hair. JACOB YOU ARE AN ANGEL SENT FROM HEAVEN!! He did an AMAZING Job on my hair & im sooo in love with it … I so so sooo recommend this Salon & Jacob of course , but everyone is so friendly & welcoming ; from the moment you walk in to this salon you feel pure warmth by a bunch of lovely people who clearly love what they do! This place is amazing! From the moment we walked in we could feel the positive energy in the room. We were greeted by Lauren, Chris, Walter (the owner) and Kenzo as if we were family. Lauren cut my very thin hair with the hot scissors and OH MY GOODNESS the results were incredible. It sealed all my split ends right away and made my hair feel so much thicker.
