Some of the staff here are ridiculously rude. I appreciate the NHS are under pressure but some of the people that work at this practice, from some of the reception staff to the some of nurses, are incredibly defensive and create problems out of nothing. There are great staff but the rude ones are letting this practise down. Be prepared for some form of confrontation if you need to use one of the services

A great surgery when we joined some 8 years ago but it has been going down hill since. The reception is rarely welcoming, I have never seen the same doctor twice, each doctor seems to want me out of the surgery as quickly as possible, although the nurses and physio are good. The last doctor I saw wasn't in the least bit interested in me, when I raised a second issue, he said he could not discuss, I had to book another appointment, even though the waiting room was empty.

Get new booking software. I called to make an appointment for a blood test only to be told the software WILL NOT allow the receptionist to book an appointment. I have to sit in a queue of 20 frustrated callers again on monday on the off chance it will let them book me in on Monday. This has happened several times. It is astonishing that the surgery manager hasn't given this software provider the boot. We are all hostage to poorly developed IT and bad management.

Was on hold for an hour. And then told I can't see a doctor and only a phone consultation even tho I explained I went in an ambulance to a and e due to my blood sugar levels and blood pressure so need to see a doctor about possible diabetes. No wonder the hospitals are overwhelmed . And I'm guessing by how many people are calling three quaters of wroughton must be waiting to see a doctor absolute joke

In phoneing up the quality of the phone call is bad. I accept that it is an NHS Surgery and underfunded... The reception is bad and the call gets cuts off.. If they call you back the quality is fine. Why do people that care have to put up with such.

Thankfully i do not use this practice but my parents do.Countless times the prescription is wrong and if it's not the pharmacy's fault it's the doctor who has prescribed the wrong meds.surprised there has not been a death due to incompetence

Tried to get through for an hour, a lady answered and said she had the wrong person and she said I’d be out on hold, but she ended the phone! I was waiting for a call back and nothing! Not a reliable doctors, still have not had a perception I have been waiting for a month for, not impressed at all

Worst Doctors ever, Do not join the practice. I have been trying to make a formal complaint for weeks and it has been ignored. Doctors are lazy and rude and the reception team are like MI5 all the questions and trying to give health advice over the phone and even telling you to go see the chemist, before calling the surgery. Joke of a practice
