Terrible experience. I commissioned Derek Marshall to make a stand for a standard lamp. He messed me around, lied to me, and stalled for 5 months, and all he had done in this time was bend two metal rings. After trying to get an idea of timescale for completing the job, Derek got angry and gave my deposit back saying he didn't want to finish the the job, leaving me to start from scratch again after wasting 5 months of my time. NOT RECOMMENDED.
