Very, very disappointing experience. Would NEVER use them again. Went to buy a necklace at the £173.00 on the label. Put it through the till, paid for it on debit card. Lady on the counter realised it was the price for a bracelet not a necklace. She spoke to shop owner and told me she couldn't sell it at that price. Gave me a refund. Checked with a lawyer who told me a retailer is not obliged to sell at the price on the label, but it is ILLEGAL to display the wrong price. I'll be telling all my friends and family of this appalling service.
