This company I would avoid, they know nothing about customer care. There was a slip up with the order it went to curry’s drop off shop. I informed them of this, when I went to curry’s drop off shop the shop assistant claimed that the item was n’t there. The company refunded the money. Even tho i asked them to simply resend the order out as delivery company had lost. I think this company just thought I was an idiot. Not sure what they want me to do lose it with the parcel shop when I knew that Dpd had dropped it there. The sales advisor was rude at Wrights plastics needed more training in customer care when dealing with businesses. RefundI had to them pay them back when poor quality items arrived even when I had made 2 6 mile round trips to curry’s.
