Give this guy a try. All the things a customers wants - punctuality, effort, helpfulness, value etc He turned up at the agreed time, completed the job efficiently and even refused a little above the agreed price! But I insisted that I was more than pleased with his efforts and I felt that he'd earned it ( so he succumbed, but the gesture Was sincere, so a nice touch from him! ) He'll certainly get first chance for any future moves! I consider he provided a 5-star service and Not the 'mistaken' rating shown!
