We renovated a 2 surgery clinic 4 years ago and bought all new equipment from Bradley Marz. Very shortly after this he sold his company to Wright Cottrell & Co. This was our first experience setting up a practice and we put our trust with Marz and subsequently with W C and Co. They have serviced our equipment every year since. Our problems began shortly after the equipment was installed when the warranties weren't respected by W C&Co. However, this is the least of our problems. Following lock-down we had an issue with with a suction pump and called an emergency engineer (WC&Co offered us an appointment 2 weeks later!!), The new engineer advised us that the equipment was installed poorly and possibly not well maintained (certainly we were never advised of the installation and ventilation issues). In the end we had 2 separate independent engineers inspect the surgeries and they both said the same thing. So far we have had to replace 1 suction pump, one X-Ray arm and the compressor looks to be the next thing to go. Shameful. Avoid this business!!!!
