I was recommended these guys more than 20yrs ago when I was renovating my newly bought home (1994). They were absolutely brilliant, guided me to all kinds of quality products and told me how to use them. I did a second larger house renovation in 2006, again used Wrexham Plumbers Merchants, and same fantastic service with quality products. I fitted a kitchen mixer tap for a friend, the hot tap was stiff, no quibble exchange. Now in 2021 I am still using these guys. For those who want cheap, go to screw-in or other online outlets, but if you want old fashioned, very hard to find Customer Service, with loads of experience and knowledge and contacts, advice and info, go to Wrexham Plumbers Merchants. If you are a DIYer or trade these guys will spend time with you to get what you need and make sure you are happy. Try that at a National chain and you simply can’t get it. Well done Andy and team, more than 20yrs in same premises serving the area with quality stuff and a smile. I go no where else. Graeme Lewis
