Poor communication and quality. I've only done one module but I'm extremely disappoint with the program. No response from program leaders. We're just a few days out from the module being over and still have no received official grades from the first assignment due in January.

I had been accepted and was studying the MBA in Project Management, all was well until COVID hit and I found myself put of work, so had to defer a number of modules, until my circumstances improved. In all this time I was contacted repeatedly and informed not to worry, we here to help you. Finally circumstances improved and I expressed the wish to return to my self funded course, only to be harangued with bureaucracy, half information and nil support, I applied to extend my registration to be able to complete the course, only to be turned down saying I need to provided evidence of not being able to afford the course and losing my work. So the support and help they promised was non-existent, the empathy to the situation during the pandemic is non-existent and anyone would think I was on a scholarship and not self funding the course myself. Best thing you can do, find a better university (lose term for this management school), absolutely abysmal and deserves its current UK ranking!!!!!
