I used Ben for a building survey and he didn't ask for this review as some Companies do and you feel obligated to be positive about their Service, so this review is given freely by me. Ben was great, reliable and professional. He provided a detailed report with clear photos and also made himself available to consult and ask questions to clarify things. I was particularly grateful as he was so accommodating in seeking out specific things that worried me. Was glad I found him and would highly, highly recommend. I rarely write reviews but he so was great that I felt I had to.

We used Wren for 2 surveys this year. I highly recommend Ben - one of the homes was in need of a lot of work and he really helped us see details and issues we wouldn’t have noticed. The next home was much newer but thanks to his detailed report we have a pretty clear lineup to hand builders for future improvements and maintenance. Lovely to work with and very professional, thorough write ups with lots of photos for clarity. He also chatted to me about additional questions I had and appreciate the extra time he gave. 5 stars all around!

Highly recommended. Very thorough, reliable and helpful. We needed to travel to London from abroad. Ben was very accommodating in scheduling a suitable time on very short-notice. Also very fast turn-around time. Super detailed report with >60 pages. I had my brother, an architect from Germany, join us on-site, and we appreciated Ben's very thorough, honest and helpful debrief. His detailed recommendations and explanations how we should go about refurbishing the property were very helpful and greatly appreciated. Also Ben made himself available for follow-up questions we had. Very happy we chose Ben, would always work with him again.
