I recommended wrd to afew customers recently forgetting that 'Philliper Dixon' -previous owner had retired. I unfortunately soon realised the totally incompetent, arogant Mike was the new owner. The most arogant individual I have ever dealt with,He has absolutely no decent manner in regards to dealing with customers either. My customer informed me of the same! I would not recommend.

WRD Engineers were contracted by our property management company to inspect increasing roof failures. "The brief was clearly to “produce a nice fluffy report that that has nothing nasty in it”. Looks like landlord-friendly garbage to me" The engineer who entered the property completely dismissed any evidence contrary to the brief they were provided. Would not recommend.
