Unbelievable review from Keith Horley - if heading to Google to post a review after your disrespectful behaviour in the work shop isant 'throwing your toys of the pram' then i dont know what is! The 'idiot' you describe is the owner, having 60 years experience in high end Precision Engineering. Maybe if you hadn't patronised and mocked him, then you would have walked out with the piece of engineering you required. Thank you for pointing out our fantastic level of experienced engineers, and we welcome customers with the smallest of requirements, to the largest of requirements, and thankfully we build fabulous relationships with them for many many years. Got to love Google!

This place clearly has some excellent engineers and are used to turning out thousands of quality pieces. However woe betide you if you have to deal with the grumpy idiot in the workshop office. A mistake was made in remaking a small piece of stainless bar with threaded ends. This was either down to me not explaining clearly enough, or an assumption was made by the workshop manager. He took massive offense at me asking "why would you make it like that?" Threw all his toys out of his pram, refused to take payment and refused to remake it. If you have a requirement for a small piece of bespoke work, forget this place they don't need the hassle.
