Ridiculous recruitment process. Very stressful experience. More then qualified for a tanker driving role I attended interview for, they made me an offer of employment then subsequently withdrew said offer on the grounds of being unable to verify a time I was self employed for a few months in a completely unrelated role over 4 years ago. No wonder there’s a tanker driver shortage. What an absolute joke

Appalling company, reckoned they delivered 4900 litres of oil in a 3 month period, when we first started with them, we live in a standard 3 bed house, with oil heating on 4 -6 hrs a day, we have been battling for 3yrs and have even provided year on year comparison that we use an average of 900 litres a year, sales and accounts both agree that the figures do not add up, but their manager Adam will not budge, he will not look at our account, he will not meet with us, he states the charges stand, we cannot go anywhere else as the bill was over £3000 pounds so we are still trying to pay it off.
