This place as gone down the nick the young staff are so miserable they don't know how to smile or be pleasant more interested in looking pretty and there I phones . I've been going here for yrs but I'm going to go elsewhere now as customer service is diabolical it was run better with that guy b4 who worked there he was always helpful and pleasant .

I have had some negative experiences here with store assistants in the distant past, and I expected the same again. In contrast, I was delighted to be served by a lovely young lady who had a VAST amount of patience with me today. I walked away happy with what I had purchased, which is at the top of the wish list when it comes to consumerism... Isn't it? It really pays in business to have people who know how to deal with people instead of just taking local customers for granted.

Being going to this shop for a long time now. Staff always friendly and helpful. This shop made me stop smoking cigarettes completely!! Always love to see Missy and give her lots of attention. Only trouble is I go into this shop and can't stop buying!! Currently on the "lucky bags" of disposable vapes, I did start good on only 3mg eliquids with my vaping device but now it's upped thanks to my new addiction with the disposable vapes!!! I love coming here and never go anywhere else for my vaping needs, thanks guys, keep up the good work!!!! 👍 😊

Poor experience. Needed a new tank, and the guy who worked there was really unhelpful. Kept trying to sell me the disposable. I asked to look at the normal tanks, offered me one, so I asked what coils it contained. (Simple question, as they need to be replaced) and just said “well I’m not opening it to look” Go elsewhere
