About month ago, a gentleman from WOW visited my house to help with new kitchen. Initially all looked good. He did all the measurements, talked to me and said he will be back with some ideas for new kitchen. In fact he never come back or call living me waiting. Very unprofessional! Since then I got my kitchen design from Vegas Kitchen in Hawkinge. Very disappointed

Wow! Fantastic service from start to finish, designing and fitting bespoke wardrobes in a unique space. Jack's experience shone through as he optimised every inch of space in his design, he talked us through various options and took the time to walk us through previous work. We instantly felt at ease and knew that Jack and the team could deliver the finish we were looking for. Elliot came to fit the wardrobes, he too was very experienced and his attention to detail was impeccable. Elliot was very polite and considerate, ensuring that everything was left clean and tidy when he left. He is a master of his trade and the finished product is better than we could wished for. We will be in touch again in the future for further projects.

We made an appointment for Jack from WOW to visit our home to measure for a dressing room with fitted wardrobes, an airing cupboard and some fitted storage units. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the products he sells. It was refreshing not to have to listen to any cringing sales talk, with promises of a one off discount if we sign on the dotted line! The price was higher than we budgeted for, but the products were solid and well made. All in all, we were very happy… However, things took a turn for the worse when the fitter arrived for the following reasons: 1. He constantly complained about the company, in particular, Jack. 2. He turned up very late every day and used every excuse in the book. 3. One day he didn’t turn up at all. 4. I caught him and his brother smoking out of the window after shutting the bedroom door. 5. They never washed their hand after using the toilet. 6. He had no respect for my privacy. 7. He ran out of time to finish my job but promised to come back when he had time. 8. He was extremely slow. 9. They made so much mess and never cleaned up, the wardrobes were left with sawdust everywhere! I needed the job finished because my granddaughter was due to stay with us to convalesce after having surgery. So I decided to ask him to do a private job for me thinking he could finish off the WOW wardrobes at the same time. I paid him £500 to buy any materials he needed. Two weeks later, I was still waiting. He would constantly come up with excuses or blaming Jack. I contacted the office to complain. This was followed by lots of unprofessional phone calls from the fitter asking me (in my opinion, it felt like blackmail or I wouldn’t get the job finished), to send an email retracting my complaint. Then I had to send another email saying I was pleased with him. I did all this because I was desperate to get the job finished in time for my granddaughter to stay. Eventually, he came back to finish the WOW job, but he never returned to do the private job but walked away with £500 of my money! At no time did I hear from Jack whilst all this was going on, which has left a rather nasty taste in my mouth. Such a shame! The two stars are for the products only. Unfortunately, due to the unprofessional situation from the moment the fitter turned up, I cannot recommend this company. I may have been unlucky and got a temporary stand in fitter, but after I made a complaint, Jack should’ve made contact personally to sort things out.
