Arrived on time and I was very impressed with the results. We've had builders in and the carpets really needed cleaning. After Matt had finished they looked as good as new and dried very quickly. He managed to remove all stains, and marks and the overall carpet is soft and fluffy. He wore a face covering throughout even though it was very hot, I was confident that social distancing was maintained. I will be using Wow again and would recommend.
