Ordered a BBQ, fast and free delivery. Unfortunately the item was damaged in transit, but it was collected at the company's expense a few days later and a refund duly provided. Polite service throughout. Decided to go with an independent company rather than a bigger name on this occasion, it was a shame it didn't work out but I will have no qualms buying from wowcamping again.

Terrible website advertises products in stock you pay for them, expect to be delivered … nothing to then be told they were “over sold” and they have to refund you back again. I had to chase for info they didn’t contact me first what a waste of time and money.

Wow indeed! Terrible service, won’t use again. Ordered an awning table after 2pm on a Wednesday, paid £15 for before 12pm next day delivery. As I’d ordered after 2pm I knew the delivery was going to be Friday before 12pm which was fine as we were leaving to go on holiday at 12:30. 11am received an email from the courier stating the item would be delivered between 2:30-3:30pm 🤷🏻♂️ Contacted Wow camping who didn’t even have the courtesy to reply let alone offer to refund the postage. I’ll stick to Towsure in future. EDIT* As you can see from the Wow camping reply below they offered to refund the postage costs for this farce. This NEVER happened, yet more terrible after sales service, shocking company.

Recently purchased ladies regatta ankle wellies, was very pleased when they arrived and fitted perfectly, and very comfortable. However after only wearing a handful of times they are leaking and spliting along the seam on both boots. Very disappointed as expected them to last longer and a few weeks. Very poor quality 😥 I would like to add that I have returned these boots as suggested over 60 days ago and still not received my refund, disgusting service. I have also messaged customer service. Please avoid this company at all costs.
