    It would have been 5/5 but the servers were more interested with playing on their phones in the back then serving. They looked at me and my friends like we had four heads. I know there was a few of us, but we're customers. Was tempted to walk out and go somewhere that wanted out custom. Glad we didn't. The matcha tea was divine. Best matcha tea with brown sugar in it after the one I had in Japan because their service was top notch. As soon as we paid the staff went back to laughing and playing on their phones, as seen in this photo. I didn't know about the stamps. I will try other bubble tea shops in Sheffield, somewhere more welcoming.

    Every weekend we are in town, we have some bubble tea. Last Saturday we had nice drinks but had such bad experience with the service. The staff who worked on Saturday morning / early afternoon 29/04 was so unfriendly, so grumpy and almost very rude to us. She took an order from us with no please, no thank you, the hospitality was zero, the attitude which I was not glad to see. Even my two children asked me "what's wrong with that lady, why is she mad at us? Why does she make so much loud noise making drinks for us?" I had to ask her to give us one more stamp because "Oh I forgot!" Last time, we bought 3 drinks, she, the same rude staff refused to give us 2 more stamps because according to her " 1 stamp for each transaction". I kept asking her are you sure because I've been buying from this shop from the very first day. She said 100% sure. Her attitude was like I don't welcome you. I don't appeciate you buy drinks from us. I went back the next day and a different staff (who is also nicer) said it is not true, you have a stamp per drink, not per transaction. And she kindly offered us stamps as a sorry. My family used to have bubble tea here every weekend. The drinks are nice, price is reasonable, the two skinny and younger staffs are very helpful and friendly. I know it is a small business but staff needs to be trained to do customer service seriously. At least, welcome your customer with a smile, say please when they pay you and thank you when they leave your shop. Sadly we will not come back.

    Decent quality at an OK price! Was going to get the iced chai drink with soya milk but was told the powder for it had milk in it which was very useful to know! I’m really glad that I was told that and I’m grateful for the staff for pointing it out, I can’t fault their customer service. Staff were friendly and welcoming. I got a soya matcha tea with tapioca (regular size for around £3.50) . It was fine. The tea part itself was very sugary and sweet though which I wasn’t a huge fan of. The tapioca was chewy and it was how it should be. It wasn’t bad at all and I could see myself coming back, but asking for less sugar in the drinks… Yes, It isn’t as good or as nice as places like cuppacha or ALS Gongcha or happy lemon but it’s still worth going to or trying out.
