    I love my local Lancasters Bakery, the staff are warm and friendly and informative, and very efficient at their job. I love the croissants, and lived in France many years ago i didn't think they could top the french but they have !!! Ive had problems previously with GLUTEN but Lancasters rolls are so light (and bread) with no gluten and yummy. They are staying true to the original baking from the 1900's. I hope more people in Harrogate will comment on this wonderful Bakery. Thank you Lancasters for great baking and staying true to your "authentic past" A grateful Customer Catherine Keller
