    Great independent local business! The team were very helpful without being pushy when we were shopping for a new matress. Nice showroom with a good mix of budget, mid and upper range to try out. We walked away and checked out the competition and called them back about an hour later to place an order over the phone as the service and products were a different class. Free local delivery and recycling of your old matress. Mattress was delivered to our bedroom, unpackaged and put onto our bed with care instructions. Will be using again when we are ready to buy our next matress.

    Simon has been unbelievably helpful and understanding during our time of picking 2 new beds. We had made a mistake of thinking we could make a super king fit within our bedroom, this wasn't to be during delivery. Simon showed nothing but understanding and kindness when we turned up with our tails between our legs the next day and helped us resolve the issue and get a bed that was suitable for us. Treated us like real human beings which is rare in this day and age. Very much appreciated and would recommend this company (and Simon) very highly. Thank you

    It's sometimes hard to gauge how firm a mattress will feel like on slats, when you can't test that scenario in store. Having bought a medium mattress from here, it very unfortunately turned out to be far too soft on slats, and caused quite a bit of discomfort (one of us has a tempermental back). We were so impressed with the customer service from Simon. He's arranged for the standard mattress to be swapped for a much firmer version. He made the whole process so easy and has been approachable and so helpful. Thank you!

    Simon and the team at Worthing Bedding Centre are fantastic, we couldn’t recommend them more. After a trip there in the spring and the great advice they gave, we bought a Hypnos mattress. It arrived as planned and was incredibly comfortable but had a strange smell. Simon arranged for an independent survey to be done quickly to investigate which came back reporting that Hypnos would consider the smell to be within tolerance. As a result Worthing Bedding Centre wouldn’t be able to return it to the supplier. Despite this, Simon wanted to ensure we had a mattress we could use and love and wasn’t happy with the outcome, so agreed to take the mattress back for free (including free collection!) and allow us to choose an alternative to the same value. This kind of service and commitment to customer satisfaction wouldn’t happen at a big chain and validated our decision to buy from a local and very reasonably priced business. Thank you so much Simon and team!
