I only had a 'small' job for a professional (replace an induction with a gas hob) but when I spoke to him he was more than willing to complete the work. He had quick availability and arrived on time. He was polite and respectful of both me and my property. After a little over an hour, the job was done leaving very little for me to tidy. Went to my bathroom 7:30am this morning and found a bad leak on my hot tap spraying onto the floor. Messaged Nick's mobile at 7:45am and received an immediate response, repair booked in for 8:30am, completed by 9am. Very good price and a great, very responsive and professional service. After contacting Nick to provide a price for relocating our existing boiler and water tank as part of an extension project, he arrived promptly the next day to view the work and provided a reasonable quote within a couple of days. Nick confirmed the earliest date the work could be undertaken and turned up first thing on the morning of the agreed date (without any chasing or prompting beforehand). The works were completed within two days as advised and both Nick and Wayne were very polite, professional and tidy when working in our house. Unbelievably good service - 8.45am had a leak resulting in a waterfall down the kitchen wall. Called Nick at 9am - by 11am someone had been round, checked the problem, been out to buy a part and fixed the leak. And did a couple of non-urgent jobs around the house too. Polite, helpful and clean - could not recommend highly enough! 🤩
