Pat and his team (about eight in total on my job) have just completed what was effectively three patios, a path down either side of my garden, and the path down the side of the house, in Indian stone. Pat worked with me on getting the most out of my budget, which was limited, and at the same time managed to help with a couple of extras such as running a power cable to the cabin at the end of my garden. Part of that involved lifting the path down the side of the house, which I couldn't afford to have relaid in stone. Rather than putting my old flags down, Pat laid the Indian stone for free, so it would all match! Pat didn't request any payment until the job was complete, and on completion, I paid. The day after this I spotted a small issue. I mention this as a positive, not a negative. Having paid, it would be easy for a company to fob off a customer. Instead Pat sent two of the team back the same day, and the issue was resolved in a matter of hours from spotting it. I work planning big construction projects, and I haven't known a project where there hasn't been one or two issues. The key to a good job is to find a company that doesn't let you down when an issue crops up, especially when you've already paid and hand lost leverage! I also like to be quite hands on when people are doing work for me, asking questions and making suggestions as work progresses. The stone laying team were perfectly happy to take on board what I was saying, explaining to me why certain elements were being carried out in a certain way, and always checking I was happy with what they were doing. They even gave me a pot of cement to do a fix on my porch I'd been meaning to do for ages! All in all, a quality product, reliable service where it counted, great value, and a nice personal touch from Pat too. Nb. The brown areas in the pics are where new lawn has been seeded.

Amazing workforce and outstanding job from start to finish working with Patrick and the gang. Nothing was too much when I spoke to Patrick I was a little bit concerned about certain aspects of the job and he made me feel at ease after showing me all the different options the other companies i spoken to did not provide me with the right information what patrick provided me with and when the team was finished the job was perfect They even cleaned my next door neighbours drive free of charge. Patrick and the team went above and beyond and I would highly recommend them.
