I am so impressed by the professionalism and excellent customer service from this company. I recently had to fly to Australia for a family medical emergency. I am 74 years of age, have failing eyesight and have not travelled overseas since 2009. And I was very nervous. Parv swiftly arranged everything, absolutely everything for me, and secured a good return ticket deal with United Airlines. She got me there, hassle free, and then two months later, due to another family emergency back in the UK, all her pre-arranged return journey plans had to be changed to get me back quickly. She did it all and I thank her from the bottom of my heart.
