Came in with two blouses for dry cleaning and asked how much it would be. The man there took my plastic bag and the two items, printed out a bill for £39, and when I said that it was too expensive, he said it was a very high quality service. When I still said no, he asked how much I wanted to pay. I didn't want to leave my dry cleaning in that kind of place so I said no. He wouldn't give me back my plastic bag though! I then went to another local place which charged £11 in total.
