I really have to correct the reviewer who has complained about “disgusting service” and “horrible people,” having just visited their place of business. Since I was in Margate and saw a music shop on Google, I followed the map and found myself in their office/warehouse. Despite my showing up unannounced, and despite the fact that they are primarily an online business, the gentlemen was extremely helpful and was incredibly knowledgeable about his products. I left with exactly what I was looking for at a more than reasonable price and they will certainly be my first port of call next time I want to add to my bag of tricks! Cheers gents!

Disgusting business. Accepts a return, I send the item back, then they tell me they've received the return but will not refund until I've paid additional money to them because Ebay automatically reimburses the initial postage cost along with the item cost. That's fair enough, I said I didn't want the original postage back, so asked them just to send the item money back - they didn't do it. They refused and expected me to pay for the initial postage twice before they actioned the Ebay refund. It was just an excuse to keep my item & the money. Disgusting customer service run by horrible people. You better hope your order's ok otherwise they'll try to find some way to take what is rightfully yours.
