Following the death of a family member, I needed to ascertain how to close an account in Malaysia and repatriate the money to the UK. The bank (HSBC) were really rather unhelpful, especially given their status. But thankfully, Worldwide Lawyers (WL) put me in touch with an English speaking Malaysian firm of solicitors and, although the process was terribly convoluted and time consuming, we got there in the end. The solicitors fees were also discounted as a result of being referred by WL.

After 10 months of very stressful and protracted attempts to find some legal recourse towards gaining Power of Attorney over my recently deceased parents assets in Bulgaria, I was given Worldwide Lawyers number by another solicitor. Sceptical that this would yield anything different, I got through to Sara straight away - no being put on hold, no automated button pressing - straight through. Sara immediately was able to answer every single question that I had amassed and provided me with some very comprehensive advice, freely given with no strings of any kind, across all aspects of my case, which took a good half an hour to go through. I cannot tell you how less stressed I feel about the situation where up until speaking to Sara, all I had come across was legal brick walls both in the UK and in Bulgaria. I now have a clear pathway to follow to get things moving. Should I require any further support from Sara and Worldwide Lawyers, I will not even consider looking anywhere else.
