Shocking experience. Went to see about advice for going on holiday abroad. Was told had to wait 10 minutes then ended up waiting 30 minutes. He then wasnt very polite and we had to repeat dates several times and he was still getting them wrong. He then told us a price that was really expensive for what we were after. Such bad customer service would not recommend going.
