Having been a regular customer with World Accent for nearly a decade I feel I am well-placed to offer some insights into them as a company. Firstly, a bit of background. World Accent were first recommended to me by one of our design agencies as a foreign language typesetting while I was working as in-house designer at one of the world's largest international NGOs. As an international development agency, we published a large volume of politically sensitive publications for external distribution to most countries in the world and it was vital that work was produced in a timely fashion, to hard deadlines and to high quality tolerances. The language used was of a politically and culturally sensitive nature and required clear typesetting, to complex layouts and with an eye on the detail of translation, as well as typesetting. World Accent's staff consistently produced excellent quality typesetting. Their Japanese and Arabic translations were often better than my English language original designs! Their attention to detail is simply phenomenal. Moreover, their customer service and pro-active approach to managing all our projects was so good that we always felt as if our projects were in safe hands. I find World Accent to be one of the best companies I have ever worked with, in any discipline and I find their quality threshold and approach to be truly inspirational. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any of my own clients.
