We went for afternoon tea and it was lovely. Soft delicious sandwiches, light fluffy scones with cream and jam and miniature delights of a variety of cakes including triple chocolate brownie, chewy Wedgwood blue macaroons plus lots more besides. There was a good selection of flavoured teas such as Earl Grey, English breakfast, ginger or fruit with unlimited refills included in the price served in and on beautiful crockery. There's a unique, quirky Potteries themed shop selling Potteries gins, bottle kiln framed scenes, Staffordshire knots in metal as coat hooks etc and plenty of beautiful greetings cards, they even sold dog biscuits fashioned as eclairs, doughnuts and muffins! The Wedgwood museum was wonderful and informative with some beautiful items on display, best of all admission was free. Thank you.

It's ok but I expected more. Basically just a museum by the V&A. Would you through the ages of glass boxes od pottery. Pull have been so much better with some interaction from real people who could explain what you are seeing. There are better potteries elsewhere across the area that are much better.

What an absolutely beautiful setting for a delicious afternoon tea. The sandwiches were fresh and tasty. The scones were still warm and the cakes were beautifully presented and tasted heavenly, if anything there were too many cakes but if you couldn't finish them all you could take the rest home in a beautiful little box. Everything was 5* Loved every second of it.

We visited World of Wedgwood today for the first time as my parents bought us vouchers for afternoon tea last Christmas. Wow! It was delicious! The atmosphere was relaxed and the surroundings were bright and airy, beautifully furnished and so clean and tidy. The service was perfect. We will definitely be visiting again! Also, huge thanks to Olivia who was greeting people in the main entrance. She explained where the museum, shop and afternoon tea areas were and what was happening during the day. She even came to find us to tell us about a Q&A session that Niall Keating, chef at the Lunar restaurant, was speaking at. That was fascinating - so glad we didn’t miss it! A lovely day all round! Thank you.
