Used a couple of times. Provides home visits which are convenient. Using micro-suction to clear out wax was a huge relief. Very professional as well as friendly. Recommended if you've got wax build up and I will use again if the need is required.

After trying for a few days to get an appointment that was less than three weeks away with Specsavers, I tried calling world of hearing. Sanila came and did a home visit for free the next day - I couldn't believe it, this was excellent because getting my elderly nana anywhere is difficult. The wax removal was £70 which is a little more then Specsavers but totally worth it for the money we would have had to spend on taxis and the three weeks we would have had to wait!

There was no need to worry, from the moment she stepped through the door Sanila put me at ease and explained everything she was doing, she was patient, kind, polite and extremely efficient. After successfully unblocking my ear she also gave me some good advice on aftercare going forward. I cannot recommend World of Hearing enough ! Thank you Sanila!

Sanila of World of Hearing responded very quickly to my request for urgent micro suction ear wax removal for my elderly father whilst he is temporarily in a care home for rehab following a fall. He was struggling to hear the staff there, especially as they wear face masks and he relies on a degree of lip reading. Sanila very kindly telephoned me after the successful visit to update me and even offered advice regarding my father’s NHS hearing aids. Highly recommended and would definitely use again.
