Ordered twice from here. The first time went smoothly as I ordered a design from the shop but it came very late and I had to keep calling to ask where my outfit was, they didn't have the curtesy to call me or update me The second time Nesh sat down with me and we designed my outfit. Again the outfit was really late but on top of that it was wrong! Nesh's wife looked at the notes and insisted it wasn't wrong where I designed the outfit and I know it was wrong which was very frustrating! Nesh was no where to be found and would not speak to me on the phone and was not bothered about dealing with the situation or giving any sort of customer service! After an hour of disagreement and arguing I was given only £50 off my order. Not happy The third time I attempted to order (I don't know why I went back to be fair!) I booked an appointment with Nesh, drove down from Leicester, had my design ready and he kept saying he's waiting for a dress to come in which should be in on Monday so he sent me away and told me to come back when the dress was here, waste of my time. I called on Monday, he has no idea where the dress is or if it's been sent out. Called again in a week, Nesh answers the phone and pretends he's not Nesh, says to me call back he's with another customer. Called back his mum answers and talks to Nesh in background and I hear him say tell her I'm with a customer. So 3 weeks of my time wasted, dishonesty and just being plain messed around which just adds to the stress of weddings. I won't ever be going back to world of fashion.

Me and my husband both got our wedding outfits from here, customer service was excellent and staff were very polite and helpful when it came to choosing the perfect outfit for our big day! They kept udpating us regularly about the order and the outfits came within the expected delivery date better looking alot better than we expected, i would definately recommend world of fashion to everyone! After looking all over for wedding outfits i finally found my perfect outfit here with a very reasonable price. Thankyou to all the staff at world of fashion for making my big day

HI TO ALL SHOPPERS, BE WARNED !!!!! DO NOT PAY YOUR DEPOSIT TO THIS SHOP, OR YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED AND RIPPED OFF!!! I paid a 50% deposit on a £1100 lengha, (£550), for my daughters wedding in early June 2014. We were told the lengha would be ready by July- it wasn't. My daughter didn't get to try her lengha on until the third week of AUGUST. (By the grace of God, the wedding was postponed to a later date, otherwise she would have been dress-less on the most important day of her life). Furthermore, to our disappointment, the design was totally different from the one we had chosen. We were told it would be sorted and told not to worry. She went in for her fitting again (once again, a month later than the date they had told us it would be ready by) two weeks before the wedding, and still it was the same lengha; the arms were different like my daughter requested, however they were still not the ones she wanted. She was very unhappy, as the owners were basically attempting to fob us by saying that it was the design WE had chosen. After a lot of debating between both parties, it was clear that they had made a mistake, to which they admitted. We asked for our deposit back so we could find something else for my daughter (note that the wedding was to be in a fortnight). He point blankly refused, saying that they were not giving the deposit back as the lengha was made to measure. After standing our ground, we were given £400 back, losing £150 pounds. We had to get a new lengha at the last minute for my daughter at extra cost. PLEASE GO TO A RELIABLE SHOP, EVEN IF YOU HAVE TO PAY EXTRA. IT Will SAVE A LOT OF TEARS BEFORE THE RUKHASTI.
