I have always left my children while shopping in the Crèche and the staff and everyone there is so friendly and nice. My daughter is now 11 years old l used to leave her there and now my son who is 5 years of age. My children love it . Keep up the good work ladies! Amazing place owned by good people. Loads of toys, lots of space. A great staff to kid ratio. Qualified staff too. My daughter, Rosy, loves this place. Cheaper than a nursery, less kids than a nursery, more staff than at a nursery. Plus, there's a coffee shop right next door. So parents can drop their kid/s off and have a break, with the peace of mind of knowing they're just next door. My daughter plays there, one time she got a bit upset 'cos she was tired, and the staff called me immediately to let me know. So, even if by some random chance your kid doesn't settle, they call you right away. It's a great 'pre-nursery/school' space to play with your kid, and then slowly build up to leaving for 5minutes, then 10minutes, etc. The kids are safe and closely monitored/played with. The owner Sue has been working with children for many years, so knows what she's doing. I've personally seen Sue settle crying children in minutes; turning kids who initially miss their mummy, into kids happily interacting with the toys and other children. I've also seen Sue settle kids who are slightly more hectic, integrating them with skill into the space; to the great benefit of the child/children. Highly recommended.

I have been coming to this creche for the last 8 month with my grandson, he loves it,Sue who runs this place is very professional, calm and know how to deal with different children, the creche is very clean and has plenty of toys . I would highly recommend it.

The older lady was extremely rude. She didn't look us in the eyes when we greeted her. We said "thank you" 3 times when we picked our child up and she finally said "thanks" without looking at us. She called us 10 minutes after we left to tell us we have to come back to pay because our pickup time is close to their closing time. Upon picking i saw my child was playing on a computer. Not sure i will use the creche again. Felt really uneasy when i picked my child up.

World of Children at Kingston Bentalls Centre are Excellent! Our child loves it there! Sue and the whole Team do a Wonderful job taking care of them and they always come out with some art work they have done. I can't recommend this creche too highly. Thanks a Million for all the hard work - it is Very Much Appreciated!

My little boy loves playing here with all the cars, play dough, home corner there is so much for him to do. It’s a little hidden gem and never has too many kids in there, which is important to me. Its also very clean, the only play place I trusted and still trust just after covid with my young baby to go to, he never gets sick after going, unlike other play places. The staff, Nena and her mum look after my little boy as if he were their own, and it was the first place I left him without me, so I could just sit and have a coffee on my own and have a rest (nervous first time mum with no family help). Thank you for giving me some time back and also good company when we get to do stay and play during the week. I am so very grateful for your care and company, Ana and B.

I am recommended this place by a friend who’s child also went here.(Her son is 17 now)and so happy she did. It’s been 2 weeks and my 3 year old already settled in . The staff are very friendly, professional and approachable . The place itself is always nice and clean and it’s location comes really handy. They have variety of toys and an adult lead - activities They provide lots of opportunities for children to learn and explore through the games. They all doing great . Highly satisfied and recommended Thank you to them all.
