If you are thinking of getting a Thermal store from WH stay well away!!! I bought two cylinders at the same time, both were installed in different part of London and they both failed under two years. WH is saying it’s lime scale that causes it to fail, this can’t be the case it’s down to the cheap material they use on the inside in which no one can see. Know I have ended up with two faulty cylinders in which the long long long warranty means nothing. We have installed other brand in the same time frame and before and they are still going without any issues.
