Having been recruited by Work with York for some weeks now I can honestly say what a genuine and wholesome experience I've had. Michelle made the process easy with her friendly manner and even called me after my first Adult Carers shift to check how I'd got on and if I was finding it all ok. Whenever I have called into the office everyone is so kind and helpful, you really are a person to them not just a number. There is always someone available and nothing is any bother, it's like an extended family.
